Piano

Regardless of whether a child plays the piano for a short time or for a lifetime, they will acquire a baseline of skills and knowledge that will continue to benefit them throughout their life. In fact, learning to play the piano can be one of the most valuable of all musical studies because it is the most straight-forward and intuitive of instruments. Learning piano can also help tremendously when a student is studying a different musical instrument later.

We recommend that younger beginning students start with a 30 minute private lesson once a week. For our younger beginner students, we also offer 30 minutes of Music Theory Practice Time through an interactive computer program called Music Ace, an additional service provided by us at no cost to you!

During the school year, Private Music Lessons are offered Mondays – Thursdays from 1:30 – 8:30 PM, Fridays from 1:30 -6PM, and Saturday mornings.

Our Small Group Piano Classes consist of 2-3 students. Placement in a class is based on age, skill level, and availability in the teacher’s schedule. The minimum age for the beginner piano class is 5 years old.
